"I like to scare the birds away!"

Gavin and Nora went as the Wizard of Oz Dorothy and Scarecrow. They were a hoot! Nora put up with her wig for pictures and then promptly took it off. Our good friend Bradley joined my kids as the Lion on Halloween. There are group pictures in the share folder. We actually went trick or treating twice. Once at my parents' house on Saturday night and then on Halloween at home. Gavin especially had a blast. It rained on Halloween so Nora stayed home and handed out candy…"There's no Place Like Home". She didn't agree and tried to leave with most people that came to the door. Even animal cracker weren't enough of a bribe to stay home with Mom!

Gavin, of course, didn't get the Wizard of Oz reference since he hasn't seen the movie but told everyone that "I like to scare the birds away!".
A lady told him while he was out, "Good job buddy, I don't see any birds."
His response, "Neither do I!."
